Getting Support from FedRAMP

This site contains a considerable amount of information about how FedRAMP works and how federal agencies can meet their statutory and policy requirements for the use of cloud services... but agencies don't have to navigate FedRAMP on their own - we're here to help. Supporting agencies is a core part of FedRAMP's mission and you should not hesitate to reach out to us to learn more or discuss a requirement in detail.

The simplest way to reach us is to email info@fedramp.gov. This goes directly into our helpdesk system where your message can be triaged by our support team and quickly directed to the right individual. You can use this email for anything, whether it's a casual question or you want to schedule a conversation about FedRAMP or report a security concern.

info@fedramp.gov is the fastest way to get a response!

We frequently encounter situations where folks at agencies reach out to contacts to try to get put in touch directly with senior leadership at FedRAMP to avoid going through a generic support email. You can reach the FedRAMP Director directly by sending an email to pete@fedramp.gov but here's the thing: you will almost always receive a faster response from FedRAMP leadership or senior staff by routing through our help desk because we prioritize those messages.
