The FedRAMP Visual Identity

The FedRAMP name is a registered trademark of the General Service Administration. In most cases, the FedRAMP name and logo can only be used with prior permission or by cloud providers, independent assessment services or federal agencies when following FedRAMP brand standards.

The registration symbol (®) must be used with the FedRAMP name. The symbol does not have to be used every time the FedRAMP name is used. Instead, use the registration symbol in the first instance the name is used, in the most prominent use, or in both.

The service mark symbol (SM) must be used with the FedRAMP logo, inferring GSA’s common law trademark rights of the FedRAMP logo.
