The 20x Class D Cloud-Hosted Pilot¶

This pilot will test the expansion of FedRAMP 20x requirements for cloud-hosted services to FedRAMP's highest current level of assurance - Class D (High). The goal of this pilot is to complete at least 3 FedRAMP 20x Class D Certifications against the pilot requirements.

The specific rules will be posted here after they are finalized.

Eligibility¶

This will be open only to cloud service offerings that have applied for a CR26-compliant FedRAMP 20x Class C Certification prior to December 1, 2026.

Pilot participants who apply prior to December 1, 2026 will be disqualified from the pilot if they fail to receive a positive determination before February 1, 2027, due to gaps in their application package.
